Prepare the Night Before
It takes longer to get dressed in the morning and out the door because you’re likely still half asleep. So, minimize some of the stress by preparing yourself the night before. You can choose your outfits, get the keys and paperwork together, and prepare lunches for the spouse/kids the night before and get off to a great start in the morning.
Deep Breathing Techniques
If you feel groggy when you wake up, forget splashing cold water in your face. This is a sure way to stay the day off badly. But, you can practice deep breathing techniques to improve your alertness and improve your mood. Deep breathing will even create relaxation and relieve some stress.
Pump it Up
